Personal Information
No Tracking: Our tools do not track users in any way.
No Cookies: We do not use cookies.
Collected Information: The only information we collect is your "name" and "email" during the Stripe payment process.
This are essential information for technical functionalities and communication between us.
Billing Information: All other billing details are managed exclusively by Stripe. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for more information.
Login Information: The platform uses a passwordless login system. Instead of storing passwords, we send a one-time, 24-hour expirable, login URL to your email whenever you request access. Threat it as a password (it really is), thus, don't share it.
Email communication: We send email solely for technical communication. No marketing here.
General data management rules
Data Privacy: The tool does not share your data sources with anyone.
LLM Service (OpenAI): We use OpenAI's LLM services for data transformation. Please refer to OpenAI Privacy Policy for more information.
Specific API endpoints data management
Text to JSON: The Text to JSON endpoint processes user-provided text to extract or generate structured JSON data. The input text is temporarily processed for semantic extraction and deleted immediately after the operation completes. No input text is stored, cached, or retained after processing. Generated JSON data is delivered to the user in real-time and is not stored on our servers.
Image to JSON: The Image to JSON endpoint accepts an image URL to extract semantic content from the image and returns it as structured JSON. Only the image URL is received, and it is processed solely to obtain the requested JSON output. Images are accessed momentarily for processing and are not downloaded or stored. JSON results are transmitted directly to the user, and no data is retained following the operation.
Synthetic Data: The Synthetic Data endpoint generates synthetic data in response to user-defined prompts. Prompt inputs are processed in real-time to create a temporary JSON output, which is delivered immediately to the user. Both the prompt and generated synthetic data are purged from the system after the request completes, ensuring no residual data storage.
Terms of Service
Beta Status: The tool is experimental, in beta, and a work in progress. There may be issues and bugs.
Your Payment: Your payment is meant to be as a support to the tool development with the possibility for a try for evaluation purposes.
Consumable Credits: When you pay to access the tool, you get consumable credits (related to LLM tokens you can use) to use the tool. These credits are non-refundable nor transferable, sharable, etc.
Support: Due to the tool's beta status, we do not guarantee any level of support. While we aim to address issues and bugs, there is no commitment to resolving them within any particular timeframe or at all.
Third-Party Services: The tool may rely on third-party services such as Stripe for payments and OpenAI for AI functionalities. We are not responsible for any issues, errors, outages, or malfunctions caused by these third-party services. Any disruptions in these services that impact the functionality of the tool are beyond our control, and we disclaim any liability for such occurrences.
Terms Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Continued use of the tool after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Termination of Service: We may terminate access to all or part of the tool at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. We reserve the right to refuse access to the tool to anyone for any reason at any time. All provisions of this Agreement that should survive termination will do so, including but not limited to property provisions, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.
Cooling-Off Period Only if no consumable credits have been used and you are EU resident, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the purchase date by contact us within this 14-day period.
Disclaimer: The tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. All implied warranties of any course of performance or use of trade are expressly disclaimed.
